Theos Group
The dashboard where all Theos Group platforms come together, with an administrator who queries the others.
Theos Group builds platforms that each serve their own target audience, on a shared foundation and with their own automatic administrator. Once there are more than a few, the question shifts: no longer how this platform is doing, but where attention needs to go today. The umbrella answers that question.
Each platform offers the same API, and the umbrella retrieves it — platforms send nothing of their own. This is a deliberate choice: no platform knows the dashboard's login credentials, there is no queue that fills up if the dashboard goes down for a moment, and a platform that doesn't respond is immediately visible as a failure rather than as silence.
What it does
All figures side by side
Accounts, premium, revenue, visits and conversion of each platform, retrieved in the same round. A system that doesn't respond is visibly missing from the total instead of counting as zero — that difference is the most important rule in the entire design.
MOTH7R, the umbrella administrator
She knows the status of all platforms and can query the assistants of the individual systems about what she doesn't know herself. She never changes anything on her own: she describes what needs to happen, and only after a click does it happen.
The administrator app
The same screens on a phone, in three layers: the assistants, their functions, and the content of those. The app is a shell around the website, so a new version is a rollout and not an app store round.
A shared foundation
What is solved at one platform is in all others the following week. Security, reporting channels, payments, translations and the automatic administrator are built once and not eighteen times.
For whom
- The Theos Group team itself: this is an internal dashboard and not a service that is sold
- Those who want to see which platforms are running and what each one does
- Parties considering working together with Theos Group and want to know how the house fits together
Where it is found
This is not a page that comes in on a service request but on the name: "Theos Group", "who is behind it" and the names of the platforms together. Those who search here are searching for the company and not the product.
Frequently asked questions
Is Theos Group a service I can use?
No. The umbrella is our own dashboard. What you can use are the platforms underneath: they are all on this site, each with its own page and its own domain.
Why is the umbrella between the platforms then?
Because it's there and counts in what we build and maintain. It intentionally doesn't count in the figures: there is no link to its own API, so it never appears in a total of accounts or revenue.
Who is MOTH7R?
The automatic administrator of the umbrella. Each platform has one — Jarvis at PSILY, F.R.I.D.A.Y. at Codex, HAL 9000 at aiacta — and MOTH7R is the one who asks them what she doesn't know herself. She speaks English and never acts without confirmation.
How this platform was built
Like every Theos Group platform: on one shared foundation, in its own management, with its own automatic administrator — here MOTH7R — who runs the daily rounds, reports failures and writes the daily report. What we learn at one system is in all others the following week.
