Theos Group is a service of Point2Create BV, KvK 63324547. These terms apply to any use of the website and the service.

2. What this website is — and what it is not

On Theos Group nothing is for sale and no service can be obtained. This website tells you who we are and which platforms we build and maintain; the services themselves are delivered on the individual platforms, each under their own terms. If you want to know what applies to a specific platform, please visit that platform.

The restricted part of this website is for our own employees only. We do not provide accounts for third parties.

3. Due diligence and errors

We make every effort to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. Descriptions of platforms still under development reflect our plans and are not a commitment: what is stated may change or be discontinued. If you spot an error, please report it — we will update the text or take it offline.

4. Availability

This website is provided as is. We strive for good availability but guarantee no uninterrupted access, and may change or remove content at any time.

5. Use of content

The texts, images and design on this website are copyright protected. Automated and large-scale scraping or commercial reuse is not permitted without written permission. Linking to and quoting from our pages with source attribution is of course permitted.

6. Liability

We are not liable for damage arising from decisions you make based on the information, nor for indirect damage or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
