Everything on this site we built for ourselves: 10 platforms, in our own management, with real customers on them. The same foundation and the same team are available for your own system.
What makes that different
Most agencies build what you ask for and then leave. We ourselves own ten platforms and therefore bear the consequences of our own choices every day: a sloppy decision today will still be on our own account in two years. That changes what we build, and especially what we advise against.
What you get is therefore not a demo but a working system: with an automatic administrator that writes daily reports, runs self-tests and reports what needs attention; with encrypted back-ups that are automatically restored in a test environment; and with translation into 48 languages if you work across borders.
What we excel at
Systems that handle large volumes of similar work completely automatically: a request, a check, a file, recurring reporting. Structured input, fixed rules, a digital channel. That's where we make the difference, and that's where the savings are greatest too.
Also strong: international from day one. Not one language with translations added, but every visitor in their own language — including the search engine, because that's the difference between being findable in one country or in all.
What we're honest about
If there's anywhere in your process a person who must assess, sign or approve, that's where automation stops. We say that upfront and factor it in, rather than discovering it once it's built. We scrapped a complete platform ourselves for exactly that reason — that cost an idea and saved a reputation.
How it works
An hour-long conversation where we map out your process and tell you which part can be automated. Then a fixed price for a first working part, and only once that's running do we talk about the rest. No months-long trajectory before you see something.
Management is included: hosting, security rounds, back-ups and updates at the same level as our own platforms. You can also take it over yourself — then you get the full code and we hand it over.
