permi.eu
Permit applications on behalf of individuals and businesses, in countries where this can be fully digital.
Applying for a permit is form work with pitfalls: which type do you need, which attachments are required, and what deadline applies. permi does that work. Free check beforehand — do I need a permit, what does it cost, how long does it take — then a fixed price, and the platform compiles the file, submits it and monitors the status.
The choice of countries is not arbitrary. We have established where a permit application can actually be submitted automatically and where it cannot. The Netherlands can: the DSO-API is in production and authorisation by an authorised representative is explicitly permitted. A country where that demonstrably does not work does not go live — no matter how large the market is.
What it does
The free check
Based on your situation: is a permit needed, which one, what does it cost and how long does processing take.
Compiling the file
The correct attachments, the correct forms, and advance checking for what is missing — the most common reason for delays in an application.
Submitting and monitoring
Submitted digitally via the national channel, with the status included until a decision is reached.
The municipal adapter
Municipalities differ. That fragmentation is handled in one layer, so the applicant does not notice it.
For whom
- Individuals with a building or renovation plan
- Hospitality and events entrepreneurs
- Contractors and installers who handle the paperwork for their customers
Where it is found
Permit type × situation × location: "roof dormer permit-free", "apply for terrace permit", "how long does an environmental permit take". The free check captures exactly the traffic coming in with that question.
Frequently asked questions
Which countries is this available in?
Only where an application can be submitted fully digitally and without professional monopoly — the Netherlands and the Nordics leading the way, with their national portals and APIs. Each country gets its own decision point before activation.
Why not everywhere?
Because we have established that it is not possible everywhere. Promising a service that gets stuck halfway at a counter delivers angry customers and justified reviews. We prefer one fewer country.
What if the permit is refused?
You receive the complete file, including the reasons. Objection and appeal are human work and fall outside the scope; you will not be left in doubt about that.
How this platform is built
Like every platform of Theos Group: on one shared foundation, in own management, with its own automatic manager — here Pluto — who does the daily rounds, reports failures and writes the daily report. What we learn from one system appears in all others the following week.
