prodpas.eu
One catalog, one billing, one passport per product — even if that product falls into two categories.
Your products rarely fall into just one category. An e-bike has a battery, tires and electronics: three passport obligations, one product. Whoever keeps track of that separately by category enters the same article three times and has three versions of the truth after a year.
prodpas is where those categories come together. One product database, one dashboard, one credits pool. The front doors continue to exist as customer acquisition — each industry searches in its own terminology — but anyone who needs more than one manages everything here.
It's the same setup as reglia, with one difference that determines everything: reglia is about one company with many obligations, prodpas is about one company with many products. That difference is in the subscription, which scales on passports and not on employees.
What it does
One product database
Each SKU one record, with a passport layer per category. Entered via an import from your inventory system or taken over from an existing product dossier.
The product scan across your entire catalog
Each product classified in its category or categories, with per product the clock: what becomes passport-obligatory when, and which data are already missing now.
One dashboard across all categories
At the top the overall status, below that per product category a tile with figures, and the action list with what is waiting for whom.
The shared passport engine
Hosting with the access levels from the regulation, QR and GS1 data carriers, version management with the ten-year clock, and the supplier requests for missing chain data.
For whom
- Importers with products in multiple categories — for them that is the rule, not the exception
- Manufacturers with a catalog too large to maintain per product
- Anyone who starts at one front door and discovers a second is needed
Where it is found
prodpas attracts its own traffic on broad terms (digital product passport, DPP), but most customers come from the front doors: the moment someone there encounters a second product category.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need prodpas to use a front door?
No. Each front door works on its own. prodpas is there for anyone who needs more than one — and you'll notice that yourself during the product scan.
What happens with a product in two categories?
That is one record with two passport layers. The data that both categories need, you enter once.
Why does the subscription scale on passports?
Because that is where the work is. A clothing brand with eight hundred articles has different usage than a machine builder with twenty — the number of employees tells you nothing about that.
How this platform is built
Like every platform from Theos Group: on one shared foundation, in your own management, with your own automatic administrator — here Cortana — who does the daily rounds, reports disruptions and writes the daily report. What we learn from one system appears in all the others the week after.
