reglia.eu
Enter your company details once, and be logged in on every platform without having to provide them again.
Organisations managing more than one matter with us encountered the same thing at each platform: name, address, legal form, contact person, billing details. Six times the same forms for six obligations that happen to be handled separately.
reglia is where those details sit once. You log in there and move from there to each platform — the details travel with you, invoices arrive in one place, and you cancel in one place too.
It is deliberately not a portal where everything sits behind. Each platform continues to work independently, with its own address and its own login. If reglia goes down, you can still get into everything normally. That is a design choice and no accident: one central door is also one central point of failure.
What it does
One set of company details
Name, address, legal form, contact persons and billing details are stored once and travel with you to every platform you use.
Move between platforms without logging in again
From your overview you click through to a platform and you are logged in there. The ticket that handles this is valid for five minutes and works once.
Everything on one invoice
What you use at the different platforms arrives on one invoice instead of six.
Overview of what is running
Which platforms you use, what is outstanding at each one, and what deadlines are coming.
For whom
- Companies that manage more than one obligation with us and do not want to fill in the same thing six times
- Organisations with one administration that want everything on one invoice
- Organisations that start with one matter and later realise that there is more to it
Where it is found
reglia does not pull its own search traffic and should not — nobody searches for "one account for compliance platforms". Visitors come from the platforms themselves, at the moment when someone encounters a second matter there.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to have reglia to use a platform?
No. Each platform works on its own, with its own account. reglia is for those who use more than one.
What happens if reglia goes down?
Then each platform continues to work. Moving between platforms without logging in again does not work for a while; logging in at the platform itself does. The platforms check that ticket themselves and do not need to reach reglia for that.
Do I see the content of the platforms in reglia too?
You see what is running and what is outstanding. The files themselves remain on the platform where they belong.
How this platform is built
Like every platform from Theos Group: on one shared foundation, in your own management, with your own automatic administrator — here ORAC — who runs the daily rounds, reports disruptions and writes the daily report. What we learn at one system is in all the others the following week.
