subsidiebezwaar.nl
Subsidy rejected or withdrawn retrospectively, with the grounds that apply.
A subsidy application that has been rejected because the budget is exhausted, or a granted subsidy that is withdrawn retrospectively and recovered because the accounting is found to be deficient. For an association or small business, that is often the difference between continuing and closing, and the letter rarely contains enough to understand what exactly went wrong.
Subsidy decisions have their own grounds: has the scheme been correctly applied, is the ranking traceable, has equal treatment been afforded to other applicants, and does the withdrawal align with what was stated as a condition in the decision. We look into that and prepare the objection.
What it does
Setting the scheme alongside your application
What conditions apply, and which of those does the rejection or withdrawal rely on.
The chances check
Distinguishing between an exhausted budget — where objection usually changes little — and an error in application, where it can make a difference.
The objection letter
With reference to the articles of the scheme itself, since that is what the decision is assessed against.
For whom
- Entrepreneurs with a rejected application for a sustainability or innovation scheme
- Associations and foundations with a withdrawn municipal or provincial subsidy
- Cultural institutions with a rejection from a fund
Where it is found
Limited but valuable volume, with peaks around the call rounds: "subsidy rejected objection", "subsidy recovered", "objection sde rejection".
Frequently asked questions
The budget was exhausted. Does objection make sense?
Usually not, and we will say so. But it does if the ranking is not traceable or if your application was assessed incorrectly — that is different from bad luck in the allocation.
Do I have to repay the subsidy during the objection?
That depends on the decision. If necessary, request a deferment of payment from the same authority; that is a separate request and is separate from the objection.
How this platform is built
Like every platform of Theos Group: on a single shared foundation, in separate management, with its own automatic administrator — here Sonny — who runs the daily rounds, reports disruptions and writes the daily report. What we learn from one system is implemented in all the others the following week.
