Frequently asked questions
Can I continue building while my objection is pending?
An objection does not suspend a decision. If you want it to, you will need a separate urgent procedure with the court; that falls outside what we do and we will refer you for that.
What happens at a hearing?
You explain your objection orally to a committee or to the administrative body itself. We give you the explanation and a checklist, but we do not appear for you.
