What we do

We take over your website: hosting, certificate, backups, speed and nightly checks. On top of that runs what we've built for our own Theos Group platforms — the same scan, the same writing engine, the same assistant. You don't have to learn anything for it: you log in and see what has happened.

And your site becomes your file. What is known about your business — your services, your registration data, your languages, your clients who get in touch — comes together in one profile that you manage yourself, instead of scattered across eight forms that you fill out again every year.

One-time, at the start

• Import into our template (standard) € 1.500,00

  Your site is rebuilt in our template with your own colors, typefaces and logo. Everything works: the scan, the blog, the assistant, multilingualism, the app. Two rounds of corrections.

• Bring your own design € 4.500,00

  Only if your site is headless or runs on a common CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow). We host it as it is, with an integration on top.No assistant to adapt your texts and no automatic multilingualism of the site texts: in an unfamiliar codebase we cannot vouch for that.

• Set up first-line email € 350,00

  A parallel address alongside your own mail host, with forwarding rules and categories. For the first two weeks, the assistant writes drafts only, so you see what would have been sent.

  Blog, assistant and site texts in a language not included in your package.

  Your own profile module with source and date per field. Included in Complete.

About AI costs, without small print

Every package includes an AI bundle: Basic 0.5 million tokens, Growth 4 million tokens, Complete 8 million tokens per month. As long as you stay within that, you won't see a meter running — and with normal use that's exactly where you'll stay. That's on purpose: if you don't dare use your own assistant because a counter is running, it's no use to you.

If you go over it in a month, we only charge for that part at 2× our purchase price. Deliberately higher than our markup on external services: it's not a business model but a signal that a larger package is cheaper for you. We'll calculate that for you.

External services that charge per use — a trade register, the voice service, sms — we pass on at cost price × 1.3. Every charge appears as a separate line on your invoices, with what happened and how much. You can verify it; you don't have to trust us.

A report every month: what did the AI do for you?

Most of this work happens at night, and work you don't see feels like work that didn't happen. That is why you get one message every month with what was actually done — in figures you can verify in your own dashboard.

An example — your own figures are your own figures. And it also shows what did NOT happen: three conversations in a month is a poor number and we report that too. We prefer to calculate too little rather than too much, because one figure you can dispute makes the other six unbelievable too.
