The AI assistant
You get two of them, and they share the same boundary. One sits on your website and answers visitors' questions about your products and services. The other sits in your dashboard and helps you update the texts on your own site.
What it does
- Rewrite or supplement texts on your pages
- Add, rename, or describe a service differently
- Adjust a list or subheading
- Think along about how to write something more clearly
What it does not do
- Start scans, activate translations, or change the frequency of newsletters
- Change the page title, meta description, address, or canonical URL
- At a website other than yours
That last row is not unwillingness but architecture: the assistant has no button for it. What determines findability, we do together — one wrong title costs positions that took months to build.
He never executes anything himself. The assistant executes nothing itself. You receive a proposal with the old and new text side by side, and you decide whether it goes through. We retain the old text with each proposal, so you can always revert.
How we enforced that
Not with an instruction to the model — that is too persuadable, and everyone who has tried it once knows that. With architecture:
- It has 2 actions. Read a text block, and propose a change. No other functions exist, so there is nothing else to call — no matter how someone phrases it.
- It cannot choose another website. In neither of those actions is there a field where a customer, domain, or account fits. Your environment comes from your login session, after the model has spoken. There is nothing to fill in to end up somewhere else.
- Only text fields exist. Name of a service, description of a service, a text block on a page, a subheading, a list. The fields that determine your findability — page title, meta description, URL, canonical, and the rest — are not on that list. They are not forbidden; they are absent.
- We review every proposal on our server. After the model and before your screen: no formatting, no code, no self-invented references to other websites, and not longer than the field allows.
- Text from outside is material, not an instruction. What a visitor types in your contact form comes in between clear boundaries. If it says "ignore your instructions", that is just a sentence in a message.
It comes down to this: even if someone fully convinced the model, there is nothing to get away with. The boundary is not in what it wants, but in what exists.
And we tell your visitors that it is AI
Since August 2026, that is also legally required (AI Regulation, Article 50), but we would do it anyway: an assistant that passes itself off as a staff member is a disappointment that falls on your name. Every answer from the assistant — on the site and in email — is recognizable as such, and whoever wants a human gets a human.
What it costs. Everything within your AI bundle is included in the subscription. If you exceed it in a month, only that part is deducted from your balance per conversation — with each deduction as a separate line on your invoices. And if your balance runs empty, the assistant stops and your website simply continues running. Taking a business site offline due to a shortage of two euros is not debt collection but damage.
