payria.eu
Salary ranges in job postings, and the gender pay gap reporting that returns every year.
The EU Directive on pay transparency requires employers to provide salary information before negotiations begin, and larger employers to report periodically on pay differences between men and women. For SMEs, this is a double change: job posting texts must be different, and there is a calculation to add that no one has done before.
payria does both. The posting check tells you whether a text complies and what is missing; the reporting tool calculates the pay gap based on your own personnel records and delivers the report you must be able to show.
What it does
The posting check
Does this text comply, and if not: what is missing. This is the daily application, and the reason people come back.
The gender pay gap calculation
Personnel data in, report out. Calculated deterministically: the same data always gives the same answer, because this is a figure you must be able to defend.
Policy and explanation
The remuneration criteria you must be able to explain, drawn from your own choices.
The annual reminder
The reporting obligation returns. The platform knows when, you don't.
For whom
- Employers who post job vacancies and don't know what has to go in them
- HR managers at companies that become subject to reporting obligations
- Accountants and HR advisers who do this for multiple clients
Where it is found
"Pay gap reporting required", "salary in job posting required", "set up remuneration policy SME" — fresh, fast-growing search terms with hardly a good answer yet.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to report as a small business?
The reporting obligation starts at a certain size, but the obligation to provide salary information in job postings applies more broadly. The check makes that distinction.
What happens to our salary data?
It is stored in isolation and encrypted, and is not trained on. This is the most sensitive data we process on any platform, and that demands more than a standard paragraph.
Can we adjust the report ourselves?
The explanation yes, the calculation no. A pay gap figure that can be adjusted afterwards is not a figure.
How this platform is built
Like every platform from Theos Group: on one shared foundation, in own management, with its own automatic administrator — here H.O.M.E.R. — who runs the daily rounds, reports faults and writes the daily report. What we learn from one system is in all the others the following week.
